American Business Women's Day
September 22 · Level 7 · #823 of 2238
American Business Women's Day honours women entrepreneurs and professionals in the United States and the part they play in the economy.
How it is celebrated: business clubs host conferences, networking evenings and mentoring sessions, and colleagues take a moment to thank the women who have backed their careers.
The day is tied to the American Business Women's Association, founded in 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri, as a network for women building careers and companies.
