World Teen Mental Wellness Day

This is a day to talk openly about how teenagers are really doing, and to make asking for support feel normal. It aims to reduce stigma and help young people find help early.

How it is celebrated: schools, families and youth groups hold honest conversations, workshops and wellbeing sessions, while teens swap ways to cope with stress. Adults practise listening without judging and point to where help is available.

According to the World Health Organization, half of all mental health conditions begin by the age of 14, which is why attention to teens matters so much.
