Losers' Day is a joke holiday for laughing at your own blunders without blushing. The idea is simple: everybody trips up now and then, and it helps to talk about it with a grin.
How it is celebrated: friends and colleagues swap tales of their most ridiculous flops, share memes and hand out mock "anti-awards" such as the Spilled Coffee Cup. Many also take a minute to say what the latest mishap taught them.
The day has no official status and no strict rules, so any blunder qualifies, from a burnt dinner to an email sent to the wrong person.
