Youth Day in Russia
June 27 · Level 10 · #50 of 2238
Russia's Youth Day celebrates young people's creativity, initiatives and involvement in community life. It offers a chance to meet others, try an unfamiliar activity and find companions for learning, volunteering or a shared project.
How it is celebrated: cities host concerts, sports competitions, workshops and festivals. Youth organisations introduce their activities and bring potential participants together.
June 27 was previously the fixed date, but in 2023 the holiday moved to the last Saturday of June. In 2026, that Saturday happens to fall on June 27.
