Stick Out Your Tongue Day
July 19 · Level 4 · #1382 of 2238
A silly day when sticking out your tongue is not rude at all. It is an excuse to drop the serious face and goof around a little.
How it is celebrated: people stick their tongues out at friends and coworkers, hold contests for the funniest faces and take goofy selfies. In a team it easily turns into a group photo shoot.
The most famous tongue-out picture is the 1951 portrait of Albert Einstein. He pulled the face when photographers kept asking him to smile after an evening celebrating his birthday.
