Social Protection Workers’ Day in Kazakhstan
October 25 · Level 3 · #1762 of 2238
Kazakhstan’s Social Protection Workers’ Day recognises staff who help people access support during difficult circumstances. It honours social workers and colleagues involved in benefits, care and practical assistance.
How it is celebrated: organisations congratulate their teams, present awards and thank experienced employees. Professional gatherings provide opportunities to share approaches to supporting older people, people with disabilities and families who need help.
Social protection involves much more than payments. Helping someone manage daily tasks, access a service or remain independent is also part of the work, often making a direct difference to everyday life.
