Take a Walk in the Park Day is an informal invitation to step outside and give your usual routine a greener setting. There is no distance target or finish line: a short wander, a little birdsong and time to notice your surroundings are enough.
How it is celebrated: people head out alone, meet friends or take a family stroll. Some explore an unfamiliar path or bring a camera; others put their phones away and enjoy the view.
