Furniture Makers' Day in Russia
June 13 · Level 2 · #1905 of 2238
Russia's Furniture Makers' Day recognizes the people who turn drawings and raw materials into tables, wardrobes and comfortable chairs. It brings together designers, production specialists, woodworkers, assemblers and others involved in making furniture.
How it is celebrated: companies congratulate staff, thank experienced craftspeople and recognize team achievements. Workplace gatherings offer a chance to appreciate the skill behind objects that become such familiar parts of everyday life.
This holiday moves around the calendar: it falls on the second Saturday in June rather than a fixed numbered date. In 2026, that Saturday is 13 June.
