Cleaning Industry Workers' Day
April 9 · Level 2 · #1899 of 2238
Cleaning Industry Workers' Day recognizes the people who keep offices, hospitals, hotels and other shared spaces clean. It brings attention to skilled work that often goes unnoticed precisely because it has been done well.
How it is celebrated: employers and colleagues thank cleaning teams, recognize staff achievements and hold professional gatherings. Training sessions cover equipment, surface care and the safe use of cleaning products.
Cleaning tools are often color-coded by area. This practical system helps prevent equipment used in washrooms from being used elsewhere.
