Russian Interior Ministry Staff Units’ Anniversary
October 7 · Level 4 · #1454 of 2238
This anniversary recognises the Russian Interior Ministry’s staff units, whose planning and analysis help police services work together. Their contribution is often behind the scenes, organising information and supporting coordinated decisions.
How it is celebrated: departments hold formal gatherings, present awards and congratulate veterans. Professional meetings revisit the units’ history and share experience in organising the ministry’s work.
Staff headquarters are not exclusive to the armed forces. Within the Interior Ministry, these units provide analysis, planning and coordination for police services.
